We had a wonderful time during our trip, the location was fantastic, right by the city center and the town, on the stunning Cat Ba island.

In general the service was exceptional. Greatly enjoyed our double room with good views of the sunset from the balcony. Location: the hotel was next to 20min by walk as well as `` city center ''.

Convenient location next to the restaurant and the center of Cat Ba town. Very close to the harbor. Good sized room equipped with a hairdryer, a bidet, and bath robes. A huge variety of breakfast options available, such as coffee, fresh fruit, and eggs.

The room had amazing sunset views, a bidet in the common bathroom was a great feature, and excellent service was provided.

The hotel is conveniently located near the heart of Cat Ba town, surrounded by restaurants, travel agencies, and with stunning sea views from some rooms.

Gorgeous and ideal accommodation with an incredible setting close to the center, restaurants, and travel agencies. Comfortable bed in the king room, along with an electric kettle, a fridge, and climate control. Very polite and friendly interactions with the staff.

The hotel had clean rooms and provided a satisfactory breakfast with a mix of Vietnamese food and typical western options. the staff was very helpful in organizing trips, such as boat tours and transportation arrangements.

There were some downsides to the hotel experience. The furniture in the room was old and worn out, lacking a modern touch.
